What do you do?
We are a health clinic with integrative practitioners who like to find out the root cause of your issues rather than a band-aid approach. We offer one-on-one consultations, weight management protocols, internal skin assessments, ‘Inbody’ body composition scanning, as well as a retail store for all of supplement needs.
Where are you located?
We are located in sunny Townsville, North Queensland, Australia.
Do I have to live in Townsville to access your services?
No you don’t, we have patient’s all over Australia and internationally. We offer Zoom and phone consultations to those who are unable to make it into the clinic and we can post your items straight to you.
I don’t live in Australia, can you still help me?
We do offer international postage on all our products and protocols for our international clients.
We have just started conducting some international consultations via zoom. The only tricky part is working out the time difference. If you are interested in a consultation, please send us a message and we can work out a suitable time.
What’s involved in a consultation?
In our initial consultations, we ask you a range of questions about your symptoms and sometimes look at physical clues that your body displays to help us pinpoint what could be causing your set of symptoms. We investigate all issues from gut health, nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, sleep disturbances, fertility concerns, skin problems and more.
If you had any recent blood work, we ask you to bring them along to your consult as well.
We then use this information to devise a plan moving forward to help you achieve the goals of your appointment.
Do you work with doctors?
We do work with doctors and can liaise with your general practitioner to attain the best result for you.
Do you do blood tests?
We can help arrange blood tests for you with a Doctor. We are able to run some pathology independent of your doctor however this will attract a private fee as it won’t be covered under Medicare. We like using testing to help make the most accurate assessments of what is going on in the body.
How much is a consultation?
It depends on the appointment:
- The Initial General Health appointment is $120
- Follow ups are $60
- Pathology Consultations - $60
- Initial Preconception, Conception and Pregnancy Appointment - $120
- Peri/Menopause Management Consultation - $120
- Inside-Out Skin assessment - $30
Can I claim my appointment on Private health?
It depends on which private health company you are with. Some may reimburse you a percentage of the consultation fee. We can provide you a detailed invoice for you to submit to your private health fund.
Is it covered under Medicare?
Unfortunately our appointments aren’t covered under Medicare
Can I bring in my recent blood results or do we need new bloods?
If you’ve recently had blood tests conducted 2-3 months prior to your appointment, please bring them along to your appointment. Anything over 6 months we usually like to retest as these results would be outdated.
How do I access Practitioner products?
Practitioner products can only be prescribed following a professional assessment or ongoing treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. To access the purchase these products, you must create a member login. Once approved, you will be able to log in and purchase the products at the discretion of our practitioners.
How much is shipping?
For orders over $100 we provide Free Express shipping, Australia wide. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $9.95 or Express shipping is $11.95.
